AI for Indian Higher Education

Faculty enablement, student programs, hackathons, and curriculum partnerships for Indian universities — built on production AI experience, not slideware.

Indian universities are being asked to teach AI, govern AI in academic settings, and produce AI-fluent graduates — often at the same time. AI Guru works with universities across the country to enable faculty, build AI fluency in students, and embed AI into the curriculum. Every program is led by practitioners who build production AI systems.

Built for Indian Higher Education

Every detail of how we work with universities is shaped by the realities of Indian higher education — accreditation cycles, multidisciplinary faculty, IQAC documentation, student placement pressure, and the fact that the right buyer is rarely the user.

Multidisciplinary by design

A single workshop must speak to a Computer Science professor, a Law faculty member, a Liberal Arts lecturer, and a Hotel Management instructor — without diluting any. We anchor on universal AI patterns and branch into discipline-specific tracks.

Practitioner-led, not trainer-led

Sessions are led by practitioners who build production AI systems. The same person who teaches AI agents on Day 2 has built and deployed agent systems in production at enterprises.

NAAC, IQAC, and AICTE aligned

Pre/post assessment, 30-day adoption tracking, and structured documentation that fits IQAC reporting and AICTE faculty development requirements.

Follow-through built in

30-day adoption surveys, dedicated advisory channels, and optional 90-day adoption programs ensure adoption does not fade after the program ends.

From Our Production Work

Universities choose AI Guru because we build AI before we teach it. Every example, every prompt pattern, every automation we teach is drawn from production systems running today.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which universities have you worked with?+

We currently work with Marwadi University, Sardar Patel University, and Silver Oak University in India, plus several US universities on faculty enablement and executive education. Our intern cohort additionally draws from top-tier US AI programs including Georgia Tech, Carnegie Mellon, and UIUC. We are actively expanding our higher-education footprint across India in FY 2026–27.

Can you customise programs for a specific university or set of departments?+

Yes. Every program is shaped by a 30-minute alignment call with academic leadership. We adjust discipline emphasis, lab scenarios, hackathon problem statements, or capstone topics to the specific schools and departments in scope.

We are a multidisciplinary university. How do you handle faculty or students from very different fields in the same room?+

Programs are designed for it. We anchor on universal AI patterns — prompting, evaluation, verification — that apply equally to every discipline. Then we branch into discipline-specific tracks (STEM, Management, Law, Liberal Arts, Applied Sciences) so every participant sees their subject reflected.

How does this fit with NAAC, IQAC, and AICTE requirements?+

Faculty programs produce a Pre/Post Self-Assessment Report, a 30-Day Adoption Survey Report, a School-Wise AI Adoption Plan, and a Faculty Input Document for IQAC and Academic Council consideration. Student programs produce participation certificates, capstone artifacts, and pre/post AI literacy assessments. Documentation is designed to fit IQAC reporting cycles and AICTE FDP requirements.

Do you offer onsite delivery, or only virtual?+

Both. Onsite is recommended for the first engagement. Virtual works well for multi-campus universities or for follow-up engagements after a successful first onsite cohort.

What is the typical investment range?+

Investment varies by program type, format, cohort size, and customisation depth. We share detailed pricing during the proposal stage, after a 30-minute alignment call. GST invoices, TDS compliance, and standard Indian HE procurement terms are supported.

How do you handle the multi-stakeholder buying process at a university?+

We are familiar with the IQAC / Academic Council / Registrar / TPO / Finance committee path. We provide structured proposals mapped to typical university briefs, deliverables that fit IQAC requirements, and references from peer institutions. We also support direct briefings to academic leadership when helpful.

Can programs be funded through CSR or industry partnerships?+

Yes. Several university engagements are funded through industry CSR or through co-funding with a corporate partner. We can support the structuring of such arrangements.

Talk to Us About Your University

The shortest path forward is a 30-minute call with academic leadership — usually the Vice-Chancellor's office, IQAC head, Director of the Centre of Excellence, or Training & Placement Officer. We use the call to understand the brief, then send a proposal mapped directly to it.
