Two decades in enterprise AI, cloud, and GenAI adoption — from Amazon Web Services (led AI GTM, $700M+ in AI revenue) to Cerebras Systems (global GenAI strategy) to Bloomberg (architected core systems for BloombergGPT). Now teaches practical AI skills across two tracks — AI for Software Engineers and AI for Working Professionals — grounded in real enterprise, not textbook AI.

Where we're going

Seven cities. One workshop series.

Our initial focus reflects AI Guru's western India delivery footprint. We're open to community-led requests from other cities where there's strong institutional interest.

Ahmedabad

Gujarat

Home Market

AI Guru's delivery home. Strong engineering ecosystem — IIM, IIT-Gn, Nirma, LD, Silver Oak, Marwadi (Rajkot ext), pharma + finance hubs.

Vadodara

Gujarat

In planning

MS University, Parul, Navrachana. Strong manufacturing + chemicals base — fits AI for Industrial well alongside engineering tracks.

Anand

Gujarat

In planning

CVM, BVM, GCET, Anand Agricultural University. Home of Amul — strong dairy, agribusiness, and pharma cluster. We're planning two parallel tracks here: an alumni-led campus workshop (engineering colleges) and a separate industry forum at a leading local manufacturer (partner confirmation in progress).

Surat

Gujarat

In planning

SVNIT, Auro University, Sarvajanik. Diamond + textile + petrochemical clusters — high latent demand for industrial AI literacy.

Rajkot

Gujarat

In planning

Marwadi University, Atmiya, RK. Auto components, casting, MSME density — strong fit for AI for Working Professionals.

Indore

Madhya Pradesh

In planning

IIM Indore, IIT Indore, DAVV, Medi-Caps. Fast-growing IT services and fintech ecosystem — natural extension for AI for SE track.

Pune

Maharashtra

In planning

COEP, MIT-WPU, Symbiosis, VIT. Deep IT services + automotive + product ecosystem — both tracks land hard here.

What we're planning

AI is changing what companies expect from graduates and working professionals — across software, business, operations, finance, marketing, HR, and product. The students and professionals who understand how to use AI practically and responsibly will be better prepared for internships, placements, promotions, and startup opportunities.

Most introductory AI sessions stop at “here's ChatGPT.” Our workshops go past that — into AI-native software engineering for developers (agent loops, context engineering, coding agents, and verification-first development), and into role-based AI workflows for non-technical professionals. The format is half-day, hands-on, and designed to be immediately useful.

Our western India focus reflects AI Guru's home market — delivery operations are based in Ahmedabad and our institutional ties are deepest across Gujarat, MP, and Maharashtra. This is the first wave of a broader series planned through 2026.

Two campus tracks on this page

Different audiences need different content. These two campus-focused tracks run as separate sessions, or in parallel when the audience mix warrants it. Two further tracks run separately: AI for Business Owners for MSMEs and industry, AI for Healthcare for doctors, nurses, hospital admins, and diagnostic-centre leaders, and AI for Human Resources for CHROs and HR practitioners.

Track 1

AI for Software Engineers

From Coding Assistants to Agentic Engineering

Design the loop. Engineer the context. Verify the result.

AI coding is moving beyond autocomplete. Modern coding agents can inspect repositories, plan changes, edit files, run tests, and prepare pull requests. The engineers who matter next won't just prompt — they'll design agent loops, engineer context, set safe execution harnesses, and verify the work with tests, reviews, and evidence. This track teaches that discipline hands-on with Claude Code as the working example.

The AI-Native Engineering Stack

Context

  • The AI-Native Engineer — from coder to agent supervisor
  • Context engineering — repo maps, ADRs, coding standards, test failures
  • Agent loops — plan · act · observe · verify
  • Harnesses — file permissions, approvals, cost and retry limits
  • Hands-on with Claude Code — feature build with tests + PR evidence
  • Coding agents in practice — Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot
  • Verification-first development — tests as agent contracts
  • Agentic CI/CD — dependency upgrades, incident triage, release notes
  • Career playbook — becoming an AI-native engineer

Ideal audience

Computer engineering, IT, MCA, software engineering students. Developers, technical founders, coding club members.

  • How AI is changing professional work
  • AI workflows for research, writing, and analysis
  • Better emails, reports, presentations, summaries
  • Role-based use cases — business, sales, marketing, HR, finance
  • How to verify AI-generated output
  • Responsible AI usage at work
  • Career playbook — becoming more valuable with AI

Ideal audience

MBA, commerce, management, humanities students. Project coordinators, business analysts, early-career professionals across sales, marketing, HR, finance, and ops.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are any of these workshops confirmed?+

Ahmedabad is our home market and we're actively organising the first sessions there. Other cities (Vadodara, Anand, Surat, Rajkot, Indore, Pune) are in planning — we're talking to universities, engineering colleges, and community partners. If you'd like to host in any of these cities, get in touch.

Will workshops cover other tier-2 cities beyond the seven listed?+

Yes. The seven cities on this page are our initial focus given AI Guru's western India delivery footprint, but we're open to community-led requests from Hyderabad, Bengaluru-tier-2 belts, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bhubaneswar, Coimbatore, and other cities where there's strong institutional interest.

Who is this workshop for?+

Two distinct audiences: (1) Engineering students, developers, and technical professionals who want hands-on AI-native engineering skills. (2) MBA, commerce, management students and working professionals who want practical AI workflows for daily work. We run the two tracks separately or together depending on audience composition.

How long is the workshop?+

Standard format is half-day (3-4 hours). Full-day versions are available for deeper hands-on labs. Faculty development and multi-day formats can be designed for institutions.

Is there a fee for attendees?+

When AI Guru runs workshops in partnership with universities or community organisations, attendee fees are typically zero or nominal — the partner institution covers operational costs. Open-enrollment events outside campus partnerships have a fee. Talk to us about the structure that fits your context.

What do attendees take away?+

Practical AI workflows they can use the next day at work or in projects. Live demos and hands-on exercises using real AI tools. Templates and prompt libraries. Complimentary digital previews of upcoming AI Guru books — AI-Native Engineer and Promoted, Not Replaced. Optional certificate of participation.

What are the upcoming books being mentioned?+

AI-Native Engineer is for software engineers and developers who want to understand the discipline behind modern coding agents — context engineering, agent loops, execution harnesses, and verification-first development. Promoted, Not Replaced is for working professionals using AI to grow their judgment, productivity, and careers. Both manuscripts are being finalised — workshop attendees will get complimentary digital previews ahead of public release.
