Delivered by

Ritesh Vajariya

Founder, AI Guru · Harvard Business School alum · Original Gujarati, based in Ahmedabad + Princeton

Two decades in enterprise AI — from Amazon Web Services (led AI go-to-market, drove $700M+ in AI revenue) to Cerebras Systems (global GenAI strategy) to Bloomberg (architected core systems for BloombergGPT). Now teaches Indian MSMEs, family businesses, and traders the practical AI moves that save time and cost — without the enterprise price tag and without the “consultant tax.”

Recent Ahmedabad corporate work

Not slides — real Ahmedabad boardrooms

A recent AI Guru engagement with a leading Indian paper manufacturer — boardroom sessions, working meetings with senior leadership, and live product demos. This is what our MillMind industrial-AI product looks like on the ground: adopted by teams that actually run manufacturing, not a slide deck about disruption.

Working session

Sits at the table · not on a stage

The pilot workshop follows the same pattern — boardroom format, small enough for real dialogue, tuned to your sector's actual workflows.

Where AI can help your business

Six outcomes AI can enable — by role

Not “ChatGPT for business.” A grounded view of where AI genuinely helps MSMEs today, by the role you play in the business. The session gives you the framework, prompt library, and 30-day starting plan; industry-specific delivery detail is covered below.

For business owners

Get your time back

Delegate the customer replies, vendor follow-ups, and staff coordination that eat your day — without hiring more admin.

For sales & founder-sellers

Faster proposals, sharper replies

Quotes, buyer emails, WhatsApp follow-ups drafted in minutes — reviewed by you, sent in your voice. You still close the deal; you just spend less time typing.

For manufacturing & operations

Turn paper into structured text

Draft SOPs from voice notes, structure inspection sheets, summarise production logs and maintenance history — patterns that make paper workflows searchable and standardised over time.

For traders & exporters

Multilingual customer & buyer comms

Product catalogs, export enquiry replies, buyer follow-ups in Gujarati, Hindi, English — same commercial clarity, no extra staff.

For family businesses (next generation)

Modernise without disruption

Layer AI-native workflows onto how the previous generation already runs the business — start small, prove value, expand only where adoption is willing.

For every business

Data safety without an IT team

Practical rules: which tools are safe for what data, what never to paste into a public chatbot, and how to set basic AI usage policies for your staff in 30 minutes.

These are outcomes AI can enable for your business — with existing tools, over thoughtful adoption. They are not deliverables of a 3-hour workshop. What you leave with is the framework, the top-25 prompts, and a 30-day plan to pursue any of them. Follow-on implementation available on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this confirmed for Surat?+

Surat is the pilot city. We are in active discussions with SGCCI and a few industry associations as hosting partners. Dates lock once partnership and venue confirm — register your interest and we'll notify you when we open registrations.

Why a separate workshop from the engineering / professional tracks?+

Business owners have different priorities from individual contributors. Owners care about revenue, cost, operations, vendor decisions, and ROI — not personal productivity. We run this as a separate session because mixing audiences dilutes the content for both.

Will I need developers or technical staff to use what's taught?+

No. Every demo and workflow is designed to be usable by a business owner directly, or by your existing team without hiring developers. If you later want deeper automation or custom AI systems, AI Guru can scope a separate engagement.

Is my business data safe in these AI tools?+

We cover this directly in the session — which tools to use for sensitive data, when to use enterprise-tier accounts, what never to paste into a public AI tool, and how to set basic AI usage policies for your team.

What's the format and duration?+

Three hours, demo-heavy. Less theory, more live examples relevant to Surat and Gujarat business reality — textile, diamond, manufacturing/industrial, trading, and professional services. Includes a 15-minute break.

How much does it cost?+

Pilot pricing for Surat is ₹999 per attendee. When we partner with a chamber or association, member tickets are typically subsidised or free — depends on the host. Corporate group rates available for teams of 3+.

What's the ROI? Will I see business impact?+

The workshop is the introduction, not the implementation. You'll leave with a 30-day adoption plan and a free 30-min Business AI Assessment offer. Real impact comes from acting on what you learn — most owners who follow through see operational time savings within 30–60 days. AI Guru also offers paid implementation engagements if you want to move faster.

Will this be run in other cities?+

Surat is the pilot. We're also planning an Anand edition with a leading local manufacturer as the industry-host partner (confirmation in progress) — that one is positioned for factory owners, plant heads, and operations leaders. Other cities planned for 2026: Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Indore, Pune. If you'd like to host in your city, tell us.

Is this only for trading and retail businesses, or also manufacturing?+

Both. The workshop covers manufacturing/industrial workflows (SOP digitisation, QA, maintenance, production reporting, plant safety) alongside trading, retail, and services. Factory owners, plant heads, operations and quality managers, and manufacturing IT leaders are all explicitly in scope.
