Refund Eligibility

Course Purchases

  1. 24-Hour Full Refund Window

    • 100% refund if requested within 24 hours of course purchase

    • Course access must be less than 20% completed

    • No questions asked

  2. 7-Day Partial Refund Window

    • 80% refund if requested within 7 days of purchase

    • Course access must be less than 40% completed

    • Valid reason required

Subscription Plans

  1. Monthly Subscriptions

    • Pro-rated refund for unused days if cancelled within first 7 days

    • No refund for cancellations after 7 days

    • Subscription continues until the end of billing cycle

  2. Annual Subscriptions

    • 100% refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 3 courses accessed

    • Pro-rated refund minus 2 months' charges within first 30 days

    • No refund after 30 days

Non-Refundable Items

  • Individual course certifications

  • Completed courses (>80% progress)

  • Special discount/promotional purchases

  • Group/corporate purchases (separate policy applies)

How to Request a Refund

  2. Visit "My Learning" → "Purchase History"

  3. Click "Request Refund" next to eligible course/subscription

  4. Fill the refund form

  5. Submit necessary details

  • Order ID/Transaction ID

  • Reason for refund

  • Preferred refund method
